Took a nice walk in Red Bank National Park. Saw the nice resident hawk & lots of other birds. Except for the Philadelphia shipyard & the international airport across the river it is pretty nice.

Stopped by the bar at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Cherry hill where the Monster-mania con was happening. The standard uniform for adult males was the black t-shirt, the cargo shorts & sneakers.

An ode to Roney's

I drove by Roney's hamburger stand on Route 130 in Pennsauken the other day, only it wasn't there anymore. Not even a pile of rubble left. I will miss its bright colors on an otherwise ugly stretch of highway.
